Extra virgin olive oil organic, Red wine vinegar organic, Carbernet sauvgnion from Chile







I grilled
beef tenderloin,
medium well rareness
how ya like the olive oil i glazed on the side?

How is cooking like without out our sense of taste?
how would it be losing your taste bud?
we savour and appreciate the food with
taste, smell, hear, see, and feel with our heart.

is there a food for the heart?
one for when you're happy, joyous occasion at a wedding
one for when you're sad, solemn grieving at a funeral

cooking with heart of giving and sharing.
