So what's happening?

and piped
play around with the flavours
this are espresso and vanilla flavoured


Poached dory paupiettes in cream sauce


deep poached salmon in court bouillon
in bearnaise sauce, served along with boiled potato rolled in parsley and butter
and boiled brocolli saute in butter



panko breaded pork cutlet in pickles demiglace sauce, with vinegar coleslaw



Pan seared dory in citrus butter sauce tossed in finely chopped parsley
